DIVE INTO OUR AQUATIC PROGRAMS

Lane Swims

Our lane swim sessions are available daily and provide dedicated time for lap swimming, fitness training, and stroke improvement. Whether you’re working toward personal goals or simply staying active, lane swims offer a flexible, self-directed way to enjoy the pool.

→ Long course (50-metre) lane swims available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30–9:00 a.m.

→ Short course (25-metre) lane swim times are offered weekdays/weekends (times vary).

Note: Schedules may change due to maintenance or holidays.

Please see the weekly pool schedule for specific lane hour times and day

Aquafit

Aquafit is an instructor-led, low-impact workout that combines fitness, fun, and community. Designed for all fitness levels, these energetic classes use water resistance to improve strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health, while being easy on the joints.

Aquafit classes run Monday to Friday and Sundays.

→ Check the schedule for specific class times.

Adult Swim Lessons

Our adult swim lessons are ideal for those looking to build confidence, improve technique, or learn new swim skills in a supportive environment. Lessons follow the Lifesaving Society curriculum and are offered on a 8 week program, one session a week.

Swim 2 Survive

Through our partnership with Swim to Survive, we offer youth aquatic education focused on essential water-safety skills. This program teaches participants how to roll into deep water, tread water, and swim to safety, helping build confidence and lifesaving awareness in and around aquatic environments.

Swim to Survive supports our commitment to aquatic safety and lifelong water competence for young swimmers.

Swim Fit

Swim Fit is a coach-supported swim session designed to improve technique and endurance, making it ideal for more experienced or athletic swimmers.

Offered on a drop-in basis.

→ See the Weekly Pool Schedule for available sessions.
