Centennial Pool offers every Lifesaving Society or Red Cross course you will need in order to become a lifeguard, to teach swimming lessons, or to simply re-certify any credentials you may have already acquired, but have since expired.

Before registering, please check that you meet the appropriate prerequisites for the course. If you do not, you cannot be certified, and no refund can be given. If a “current” certification is required: “current” means that the latest certification date was less than two years ago. Prerequisites which must be current must be current on the last day of the course. Contact the Aquatics Director with any questions.

Courses are typically run according to demand. Please register your interest, and we will strive to schedule a course when there is sufficient demand.
