Aquatic Leadership

Centennial Pool offers the Lifesaving Society courses needed to become a lifeguard, teach swimming lessons, or to simply re-certify any expired credentials.

While we offer all of the following courses, they only run based on demand. We generally need a minimum of four registrants for a course to run.

Before registering please check that you meet the appropriate prerequisites for the course. If you do not hold the required prerequisites you cannot take the enrolled class and no refund can be given. For courses that require a “current” certification, we expect the certification to have been completed within the last two years. Certifications must be still current on the last day of the course. Please contact the Aquatics Director with any questions.
